Marketing & Brand Manager - Entrepreneurial, Multi-Hat Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the next phase of their brand development and ensure consistent, high-quality marketing efforts across all regions. This is a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a multi-entity business, following a recent rebrand supported by external resources.
This is not your typical marketing role. We're seeking someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in fast-paced, start-up-style environments. You'll need to be a go-getter who can wear many hats, eager to take ownership and bring creative, strategic ideas to life from day one. Experience across tech, fintech, FMCG, or high-growth environments is highly valued, especially if paired with a strong interest in finance or financial services. What you'll doBrand & Social Media Management: Drive brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage LinkedIn and other relevant social channels across global markets.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a unified marketing strategy that supports business growth and resonates across regions.
Website Oversight: Manage updates and ensure the company website reflects current branding and messaging.
Content & Collateral Creation: Produce and manage corporate profiles, marketing decks, branded merchandise, business cards, and presentation templates.
Template & Asset Governance: Build and maintain a suite of standardised marketing and communication assets.
Agency & Project Management: Coordinate with external marketing partners and act as the internal lead on branding and marketing projects.
Team Collaboration: Partner with front-office and sales teams to support events and bring the brand vision to life.
You have a background in marketing within a fast-pacedstart-up environment
You have experience leading a rebrand or relaunch project.
You're a self-starter who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and enjoys taking ownership across multiple workstreams.
You have strong copywriting and storytelling skills with attention to brand tone and consistency.
You're comfortable working across departments and geographies, managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
You bring experience across digital marketing, social media, and corporate communications.
You're adaptable and strategic, comfortable flexing between high-level brand vision and day-to-day execution.
Exposure to tech, fintech, or FMCG is a plus, especially if paired with a keen interest in finance.
Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Salary: £60k DOE
Logistics: Covent Garden office - hybrid (2 days WFH)
