Job Description
  • Analyse multi-channel customer journeys, including direct mail, SMS, and email to identify friction points and optimise engagement and retention.
  • Translate key marketing metrics (ROI, CAC, open rates, CTRs, conversion rates) into clear, actionable insights that enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests across channels to maximise marketing impact.
  • Lead performance measurement and produce insight-rich reports for senior stakeholders, helping shape strategy based on data.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are compliant with FCA regulations while delivering strong results.
  • Proactively manage compliance risk by working with Legal and Compliance teams to embed regulatory checks in campaign development and execution.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience in marketing analytics, campaign optimisation, or customer experience analytics.
  • Proven experience in financial services, ideally within regulated lending or similar sectors.
  • Proven experience managing and optimising direct mail, SMS, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong track record of improving customer journeys and using data to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, statistics, Excel, and data visualisation tools.
  • Expertise in designing and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Deep understanding of FCA compliance related to marketing communications and campaign testing.
  • Experience with marketing automation and reporting tools is a plus.
