Marketing Analyst (Entry Level) Overview

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Analyst to support data driven decision making across the Marketing function. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is curious, detail oriented, and eager to develop strong analytical and commercial skills. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to analyse performance data, generate insights, and support campaign optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain regular reports on customer survey data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights to marketing and operations teams.
• Analyse and report on book direct performance using scorecards, dashboards, and campaign data.
• Support the interpretation and communication of marketing performance data across the team, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
• Assist in tracking and evaluating campaign effectiveness, highlighting opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and wider business stakeholders to interpret data and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and presentations.

Skills & Experience Essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and visually.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A willingness to learn, develop, and grow within data analytics and customer insights.
• Basic understanding of marketing metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and website traffic.
• An interest in data, performance analysis, and customer behaviour.

Desirable

• Relevant degree or coursework in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
