Market Street Lead: Customer Service & Team Development

Morrisons is seeking a Store Manager for Market Street, Castleford, to lead our craft teams and ensure outstanding customer service. You will oversee shift patterns, training, and people development while maintaining stock levels, food safety standards, and store performance.

You'll work closely with the Store Manager and colleagues to drive a vibrant, customer-focused department, ensuring quality and value across all Market Street counters.
