Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Field Interviewer, you'll visit people in their homes across the UK, using a tablet to conduct interviews that gather insights on daily life, opinions, and challenges faced by communities.

Responsibilities: Visiting households, conducting interviews, handling refusals and no-answers, and capturing meaningful stories to inform public policy.

Ideal Candidate: Resilient, confident, with excellent people skills, comfortable with rejection, motivated by meaningful conversations, and able to work independently.

Our recruitment process includes an application, one-way video interview, final interview with role play, and offer. Adjustments can be made if needed.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Curious, confident, resilient, and passionate about research that impacts public services. Requirements include a UK driving license, car, insurance, right to work, DBS check, reliable internet, a device with a camera, and flexibility to work 20+ hours weekly across various times. Previous customer service or public interaction experience is a plus but not necessary.

Benefits & Pay

Freelance role with flexible hours, earning approximately £18-£20 per interview, plus bonuses, travel time, mileage, and holiday pay. Average earnings around £15.12/hour including holiday pay.
