Job Description

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Market Research Associate to support our global research team across qualitative and quantitative projects. The ideal candidate is a versatile researcher with strong technical skills in survey platforms, analysis, and reporting, and a passion for delivering insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Program complex surveys using Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey, including advanced logic, embedded data, and custom workflows.

Write and structure professional-grade discussion guides, screeners, and survey instruments tailored to client objectives.

Conduct desk research and gather insights from open-source databases, publications, and industry reports.

Perform data analysis in Excel, synthesizing findings from quantitative and qualitative data sets. (Tableau and Power BI are a PLUS)

Assist with reporting and visualization using PowerPoint, crafting high-impact presentations for internal and client-facing use.

Support end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research projects, including recruitment coordination, fieldwork management, and synthesis.

Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and rigor of research objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in market research, preferably in an agency or consulting environment.

Advanced proficiency in Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey survey programming.

Strong writing skills for research materials (e.g., surveys, discussion guides).

Fluency in Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, including visualization of research findings.

Experience conducting and synthesizing desk research and analyzing secondary sources.

Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with online panels or recruitment platforms

Familiarity with data visualization tools or basic statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Tableau)

Background in consulting, market research, psychology, sociology, marketing, or data science
