Location: New Smithfield Market, Whitworth Street East, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 2WJ.

Working Hours: Shift working on a night rota - four nights on, four nights off (Annualised Hours).
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Additional Payments: Night Rate Plus.
Driving licence: you must always hold a full valid driving licence.
About The RoleThe role holder will be responsible for the management of the site between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:30 am.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the site operation to deliver high quality tenant and customer focused services.
- Handling any queries or enquiries regarding the site and managing tenant occupancy.
- Undertaking unit inspections and ensuring that the site and its tenants meet all legislative requirements.
- Working permanent nights on a rolling "four on, four off" rota.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience of night and/or shift working.
- Experience of working in market management or the retail sector.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Good written and oral communication skills; liaising with tenants, contractors and visitors.
