Maritime Sous Chef - Lead 5-Star Kitchen, Michelin-Standard

Silversea is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead culinary operations aboard our luxury ships. You will oversee daily food preparation, menu planning, and station execution, ensuring recipe accuracy, portion control, and exemplary presentation.

In this role you will mentor Chef de Parties and Cooks, coordinate dietary requirements, and engage guests to deliver sincere hospitality while maintaining strict sanitation and maritime compliance. An STCW95 cert is essential.
