Maritime Health & Safety Lead for Shipyard

Avantis Marine Limited is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to lead safety across shipyard and marine construction activities in the UK and internationally, with on-site presence in Cardiff and travel as project schedules require.

You will develop and implement safety plans, conduct audits and incident investigations, and drive a culture of inclusion, language-aware training, and continuous improvement for a diverse workforce.
