Practitioners' Ethnicity: Scottish and Sicilian
I am a coaching psychologist which means that I offer a broad, evidence-based, theoretical approach underpinned by a comprehensive body of knowledge. I'm a coaching psychologist based in Edinburgh. I work with a small number of high-performing individuals navigating growth, pressure, or psychological inflection points - professionally or personally.
My work sits at the intersection of psychology and performance. I support clients facing:
- Post-success recalibration
- Strategic decision-making under high pressure
- Executive mindset alignment & performance
- Legacy and succession transitions
I offer a discreet, highly bespoke coaching service - sometimes through monthly engagements, or intensive on-call days. This is not therapy, but a strategic psychological partnership.
Each engagement is different. Common areas include:
- Purpose and psychological grounding
- Enhancing clarity, confidence and calm in complex/high-risk environments
- Impact optimisation and burnout prevention
- Working through emotional blind-spots, imposter patterns, perfectionism - privately and efficiently.
We co-create a space where our relationship and the work you want to do is held safely, from a place of deep care. I use a theoretical coaching approach, working on your current and future life. Deep listening helps, as does challenge.
This work is not for everyone, as I work with a small number of clients. I will be honest with you in our brief intro call about whether I'm the right person for the job.
