Manufacturing Solutions Lab Supervisor - 12-Hour Day Shift

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to stand up our Production in the Ireland factory within the Manufacturing Solutions Lab. You will lead a Back End Day shift team on a 12-hour schedule (7:00am-7:00pm), driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.

You will coach a high-performing team, manage performance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet delivery targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
