Manufacturing Shift Leader: Drive Production & Team

Russell Taylor Group is recruiting for an experienced Shift Manager based in Ellesmere Port. You will lead and motivate operational teams to ensure production runs safely, efficiently and to quality standards on your shift.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Maintenance and Technical teams, managing staffing and handovers, and driving continuous improvement. A strong HS&E background and proven leadership in a fast-paced environment are essential.
