Site based role commutable from Telford, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Newport, Whitchurch, Ironbridge and Broseley.
£35,300 plus weekly pay, overtime (1.5 ), structured training programme, clear progression routes, pension, health cash plan, life assurance, tech schemes, 4 weeks holiday, bank holidays and a pay increase after training.

Whether you come from a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, engineering, automotive, military, agricultural, construction or other practical background, this role offers the training and support needed to succeed.
The Role- Receive full training on automated production machinery and manufacturing processes.
- Learn to carry out machine changeovers, fault finding and operational checks.
- Work as part of a supportive production team within a highly automated facility.
- Maintain quality, safety and production standards.
- 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern covering days and nights.
- Eager to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Practical and hands on approach to work.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
