Position Overview

Pertemps Redditch Industrial seeks a Manufacturing Operative for a permanent, full time role based in Redditch.

The role offers a four day working week, Monday to Thursday, from 0600 to 1600, with a salary between £27,664 and £29,640 per annum.

It is located within an established manufacturer's engineering division, producing high precision components for major aerospace clients across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture components for aerospace, automotive and defence sectors, following detailed instructions and specifications.
• Operate grinding, polishing and finishing processes.
• Operate power presses, load and unload materials, and monitor furnaces.
• Maintain quality standards in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks.
• PROficient in manual skills such as grinding, polishing and linishing materials.
