Location: Norwich
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 17:00 - 04:00
Pay: Starting from £12.81 per hour. Rate increases following successful completion of training and probation.

About the Role

Select Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Norwich.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who already has previous manufacturing experience and is comfortable working to production targets, maintaining quality standards and following detailed processes.

You'll be joining a supportive production team where accuracy, reliability and a strong work ethic are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling, fabricating and manufacturing of the products
• Loading and unloading of the products
• Carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately
• Pack finished products in line with company standards
• Follow production schedules and work towards daily output targets
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements
