Manufacturing Operations Lead & Trainer

Stryker Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support manufacturing lines with process coordination, training delivery and KPI stewardship. You will work closely with Operations Supervisors to optimise production and ensure adherence to the schedule.

The role requires 2 years of manufacturing experience, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and safety standards.
