Manufacturing Lab Lead: Build & Elevate High-Impact Teams

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead the stand up of production in our Ireland factory. You will head a back-end day shift team, set goals, manage resources, and drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost performance on a 12-hour shift schedule (7:00am-7:00pm), with Fridays to Sundays and alternating Thursdays.

You will develop staff, address issues, and partner across functions to hit targets.
