Manufacturing Engineering Manager Lean, CI & NPI Lead

Roke Manor Research Limited is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive manufacturing for New Product Introduction and ensure Design for Manufacturing principles are applied to scale production.

You will lead Lean Six Sigma-based Continuous Improvement, manage BOM accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimise production, reduce costs, and improve lead times while maintaining safety and quality standards.
