Manufacturing Engineering Leader - Naval & Civil Programs

Arabelle Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing and Methods Engineering Manager to lead the Manufacturing Engineering and Methods function across Naval and Civil programmes. You will own welding coordination, drive process standardisation, and enable NPI through APQP/PPAP while partnering with quality, procurement, and planning teams.

The role requires an engineering background, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a regulated manufacturing environment.
