Manufacturing Engineer

Rheinmetall Defence UK Ltd in Telford, Shropshire, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. The role involves liaising with RWM in Germany for technology transfer, planning machinery and tooling requirements, and developing process specifications and capability indices. The engineer will create and maintain PFMEA and Control Plans, lead pre-production readiness activities, and ensure compliance with SHE standards. Responsibilities also include supporting production teams, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with procurement and QA departments. The ideal candidate will have experience with milling, turning, grinding, and other manufacturing processes, along with proficiency in CNC programming, GD&T, and SAP. A recognized engineering qualification and security clearance are required.
