Manufacturing Engineer - NPI (Up to £50k plus Bonus)
Based in the Dungannon area my client is a large heavy engineering manufacturing company who manufacture products for the global market. They are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer who will act as the critical link between Design Engineering and Production, ensuring new products transition smoothly from concept through the Prototype build process. The successful candidate will rapidly identify, root cause, and resolve manufacturing issues while driving continuous improvement in processes, quality, and efficiency. This is a brand new role within the R&D department so you can really put your own mark on it.

- Salary £38,000 - £50,000 depending on your level of experience

Person: Manufacturing Engineer
- At least 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing Engineer or NPI Engineering role
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes e.g. machining, fabrication, assembly etc Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving expertise.
