Main Purpose of the Job

This role is responsible for ensuring the production of high-quality products within our busy operations, fostering a right-first-time culture. The position involves supporting operations and improving all aspects of production through lean methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide manufacturing input into the NPI process.
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct practical problem-solving activities across functions to identify root causes, develop solutions, and lead implementation to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
  • Support the business in maintaining a right-first-time culture.
  • Facilitate engineering change requests between production and engineering teams.
Qualifications
  • HNC in Engineering or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of manufacturing documentation such as SOPs and job instructions.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
