Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement and overall success of the business.
• Steer the company toward the most profitable direction, ensuring alignment with its vision, mission and long term goals.
• Ensure that strategies keep the company moving toward objectives set by the board and do not diverge from strategic guidelines.
• Adapt to changing circumstances, make quick operational adjustments, and devise new solutions when deviations occur.
• Apply lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and maintain operational excellence.
• Think outside the box to formulate new methodologies and continue to innovate throughout tenure.

Qualifications

• Senior managerial experience in the print, packaging or paper sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans.
• Strong leadership and decision making skills in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• UK residency or the ability to work in the UK.
