Managing Director - Scotland - £Highly Attractive Package with Equity Option

Overview

Our client has made high capital investments over the last 18 months and is seeking a new Managing Director to take the business to the next stage.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate the already successful enterprise and lead the company into further growth.
• Develop and implement new revenue streams, including the expansion of tray forming and nesting services for the food industry.
• Set strategic direction, establish efficient courses of action, and prioritize and plan activities to achieve long term success.
• Drive problem solving, remove obstacles and ensure initiatives are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in packaging, with a strong understanding of the market (preferred but not required).
• Ambition, drive, determination and the capacity to think ahead and act decisively.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and manage consequences of decisions.
• Eligibility: Resident in the UK and previous or current experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
