Job Description
Salary: £90-95k basic + executive car + attractive bonus.
An opportunity to lead a globally respected print communications company.
Minimum requirement: 10+ years experience in a print or packaging firm, senior executive role (MD or GM) with a company of at least £10m revenue within the last 5 years.
Responsibilities- Formulate and communicate a growth vision to employees.
- Manage and develop teams to achieve high performance.
- Motivate and lead a team to maximize opportunities and win new accounts.
- Plan, direct and deliver sales and profit growth, managing resources for efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure daily focus of direct and indirect sales teams on new business.
- Develop key accounts, offer added value services, introduce new product lines to existing customers.
- Apply strategic growth approach, review opportunities and drive forward growth.
- Achieve and exceed company expectations in sales, margin and net profit.
- Deliver excellent service to all customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain professional, ethical, quality assured business reputation.
- Monitor key internal factors influencing business success.
- Research and analyze marketplace, target sectors, recommend investment plans.
- Prepare and manage P&L.
- Submit budgets and objectives.
- Deploy resources (equipment, personnel) to meet business needs.
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including HR, customer services, CRM.
- Implement customer service strategy.
- Identify and facilitate staff training and development.
- Maintain strategic customer service levels.
- Measure performance of capital expenditures and return on capital.
- Control SG&A costs within budget parameters.
- Support Business Managers across the area.
- Strong empathy with sales and deep operational skills.
- Broad knowledge of the industry and market.
- Competent understanding of IT, finance, and organisational skills.
- Excellent people management skills.
