Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead Fusion's operational performance, commercial success and future growth. You'll inspire and develop our people, strengthen our services, identify new commercial opportunities and build a business recognised for its quality, innovation and customer experience.

If you have:

• Significant senior leadership experience within a commercial or service-led organisation.
• A proven track record of leading complex operations, substantial budgets and large teams.
• Strong commercial instincts and experience of driving performance, change and growth.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with boards and senior stakeholders.
• A genuine passion for people, service excellence and making a difference.
