What you will be doing:- Project Delivery: Proactively guide and/or coaches on PS deliverables in large, complex projects or programmes
- Customer Relationship Management: Partners with Account Managers to assist intricate customer relationships, developing relationships, helping customers define needs
- Consulting Agility: Effectively guides customers through project delivery, ambiguous and evolving customer needs
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Works with delivery and commercial teams to drive improvements in the scoping and completion of projects/deliverables
- Analyses and/or interprets outputs of complex quantitative datasets and qualitative information across multiple projects for a customer
- BSc or Masters degree in psychology in relevant discipline
- Strong knowledge of SHL's solutions offering and has successfully led on large or complex projects across TA and TM solutions (configuration, design, delivery)
- Expertise in AC/ DC design and implementation
- Competency framework design and implementation and statistical analysis and interpretation
- Experience in presenting and interacting with internal and external senior stakeholders
- A track record of establishing and maintaining formal or informal coaching relationships with other consultants
- Evidence of supporting pre sales (though upselling and cross selling).
