Managing Associate, Leveraged Finance - Mid Market Deals

Addleshaw Goddard LLP is seeking a Managing Associate for its Leveraged Finance practice in London. You will lead on complex mid-market financing transactions, including private equity-backed deals, with a strong focus on senior facilities, unitranche and related structures.

You will work closely with banks, sponsors and lenders, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality advice across origination, negotiation and documentation.
