What you will do

Objectives:

  • Create a repeatable, consistent demo experience for our AI-enabled and agentic services (live demos, demo videos, and sandbox environments), so we don't rebuild demos for each client interaction.
  • Provide dedicated solution design support for agentic workflows-helping account teams shape the narrative, process/data approach, and "what's in scope" for pilots and deployments.
  • Reduce the ad-hoc load on software sales and the Digital/COE team, while improving coordination across DCOE and services as demand for agent demos increases.

Core responsibilities:

  • Own a regional demo portfolio: curated demo scripts, short videos, and "ready-to-run" sandbox environments across the highest-demand workflows.
  • Partner with account teams to shape solution designs (process + data + integration approach), clarify what's real today vs. roadmap, and help structure pilots.
  • Serve as the bridge across Services, Digital/COE, and Software: ensure we're demoing the right things, consistently, with a shared story and assets.
  • Maintain a lightweight intake/prioritization mechanism for demo requests to protect scarce expert time and drive reuse.
What you should bring

Key experience

  • Procurement + agentic workflows exposure: understands S2C/P2P workflows and can translate them into compelling, credible demos
  • Demo excellence: strong live demo presence; can build a tight story, handle objections, and adapt in real time.
  • Hands-on technical fluency (not necessarily an engineer): comfortable with low-code/workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate / Copilot Studio / similar), basic API concepts, and working with technical teams to stand up sandboxes.

Ideal background - Former Solution Engineer / Solutions Consultant / Pre-sales at modern procurement or intake/orchestration startups
