This role is based in our Letterkenny office, 2/3 days in the office a week.
What you will doThe PGIM Operational Resilience and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team is seeking a curious and motivated individual to work across global operations, investment and technology teams, business units and control functions to help manage TPRM risk across PGIM and to ensure compliance with Prudential TPRM standards.
The PGIM TPRM Manager provides oversight and monitoring to ensure third party services and agreements are executed in a well controlled manner and follow Prudential's TPRM policies and standards. The manager supports the Vendor TPRM Director in developing and maintaining TPRM vendor program materials, tools and documentation, as well as overseeing quality review testing to ensure robust measurement and monitoring processes for vendor risk.
- Play a key support role within PGIM TPRM, collaborating with vendor engagement and relationship managers on vendor intake, risk rating, onboarding, due diligence and ongoing oversight.
- Maintain partnerships across PGIM and GSP to ensure active early participation in vendor related matters.
- Consult and guide managers through the vendor lifecycle process.
- Ensure due diligence is completed following PGIM standards before a service provider is engaged.
- Support assessment of vendor due diligence results and action plan development.
- Ensure vendor monitoring processes align with the engagement risk level.
- Oversee tracking of vendor issues to resolution, identifying action plans to address performance gaps and control risks in partnership with business owners.
- Support site visit preparation and completion, including test plan development and issue tracking.
- Provide TPRM governance training, execute testing and document results.
- Support development, enhancement and management of the PGIM TPRM program.
- Document Standard Operating Procedures as required.
- Participate in GSP initiatives and meetings to streamline TPRM processes, drive consistency with tools and templates, and compile PGIM wide reporting.
- Support the TPRM Director with GSP requests, senior management reporting and junior staff management.
Travel may be required.
What you will bring- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of proven third party risk management governance, program or change management, operations, finance, audit or risk management related experience.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with asset management businesses is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications, presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to influence peers across partner organisations to achieve objectives.
- Project management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritise assignments and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with data aggregation and analysis.
