- You are responsible for quality assurance in accordance with the German Medicines Act (AMG), the EU GMP Guidelines, and internal standards at the production site in Bad Vilbel
- You independently coordinate and conduct root cause analyses for GMP-relevant deviations, support the respective departments in report preparation, risk assessment, and the definition of appropriate CAPA measures
- You lead the compliance meeting and take ownership of deviations/CAPAs in the eQMS
- You are involved in the escalation-to-management process
- You take responsibility for Quality on the Shop Floor management and conduct GEMBA walks
- You convene task force teams in the event of quality-critical incidents
- You contribute to the inspection readiness program and present the deviation management system
- You conduct trainings and prepare GMP documents such as SOPs
- You periodically evaluate data and perform trend analyses of deviations and CAPAs
- You support the preparation of the annual Product Quality Review
- You provide operational quality support to the manufacturing site and ensure GMP compliance
- You have a completed degree in a natural science, such as pharmacy, chemistry, or biotechnology
- You have experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing
- You have knowledge of AMG, EU GMP, and AMWHV
- You demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- You show initiative and possess strong organizational and negotiation skills
- You have very good German and English language skills
- You are confident in using electronic QMS applications
