Your application IntroductionAs our People & Culture Manager, you are at the heart of our People team, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From recruiting and onboarding to employee support, you take care of the day-to-day operations that drive our team spirit and success.
You work closely with both management and the team to make sure everything is in place, from maintaining accurate data to leading initiatives that strengthen our culture. If you're excited about making a real impact in an agile environment, Pulse is the right place for you.
- You support our global team throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from day one to the next big career step
- You are the go-to person for all People-related topics, including contracts, development, onboarding and offboarding, team events, and payroll coordination
- You manage and maintain our team data in Personio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and stays up to date
- You support and help oversee payroll processes, working with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure accuracy and compliance
- You organize team events and make sure our culture and values are not just words, but truly lived day to day
- You bring fresh ideas to your own projects, whether it's process optimization, people development, recruiting, or payroll improvements, and make a real difference

- You hold a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or a comparable qualification, with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Employment law and payroll processes are familiar territory for you
- You're experienced with tools like Personio and are fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- You have a strong eye for detail, work with precision, and are highly reliable
- You understand that culture isn't written on paper, it's lived. You actively help create a connected and inclusive team environment
