The Manager role at The Carlyle Group focuses on leading finance operations in the EMEA region. The Manager will work closely with both regional and global teams, ensuring that local needs are met while aligning with firm-wide standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead finance operations for the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Identify and implement AI and technology solutions to improve workflows.
• Build low-code/no-code solutions to address regional finance challenges.
• Act as a liaison between EMEA users and US teams, managing expectations and communication.
• Support financial close cycles and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Train regional users on new tools and processes.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5-7 years in finance operations or business systems with regional exposure.
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms like Power Platform.
• Ability to code in Python, SQL, or VBA for automation and integration.
• Knowledge of EMEA finance specifics like VAT and multi-currency.
• Experience in an agile environment.
