What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating: You analyze and process AVS/AI requests. You provide information to insured individuals by phone and/or at our reception. You collaborate with various services and social insurance institutions. You write correspondence in German and French. What we expect from you: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship of type CFC or equivalent. A generalist background in social insurance is an advantage. You are fluent in German or French with at least C1 proficiency in the second language. Italian is a plus. You are a responsible, organized, structured, and autonomous person.
