Overview

They are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to oversee the daily operations of the award-winning Welsh-medium nursery.

Responsibilities

The Nursery Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all children at the setting receive high-quality care, are kept safe, and thrive in a stimulating environment that is well-planned and driven by the voice of the child.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for childcare, strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and parents, to encouraging their input and involvement.

Job Details

• Salary: Competitive salary dependent on qualification and previous experience
• Hours: 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Level 3 early years qualification or above is required and relevant experience
