Role Overview

As Manager I, Revenue Operations, you will lead a team that oversees the regional end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You'll build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to scale processes that drive revenue through flawless order execution and support growth opportunities.

What You Will Do

Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, deliver accurate and timely orders, lead a high-performing team, design and run case and queue management, serve as the point of escalation for complex orders, and drive data-driven accountability and strategic insights.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for a demonstrable background in global people management, deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems, and extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote to Cash operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue operations or similar team at a global organization with 2+ years in leadership
• Deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems and workflows
• Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote to Cash operations
• Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Exceptional leader with a verifiable track record of operational rigor
