A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
- The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient grounds maintenance services
- Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.
- Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives
- Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes
- Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly
- Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use
- Maintain compliance with the company's ISO quality and environmental standards
