I am looking for an experienced End User Manager to lead IT support operations for a major Client based in Denmark. You will focus on overseeing IT support operations for end users, ensuring smooth resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the service desk team,
- Oversee incident and problem management (ITIL best practices),
- Manage resources and coordinate with vendors,
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance and protect user data,
- Drive process optimization and automation.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, networks, OS),
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy),
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills,
- Leadership and project management experience
- Certifications like ITIL, Microsoft Desktop Admin, CompTIA A+, HDI
