As a manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and support junior staff.

What you'll need to succeedYou'll be adaptable, resilient, proactive and results-driven with strong organisational skills. You will also have -

ACCA/ACA qualifications (preferred but not essential)

2+ years in a supervisory or management role in an accountancy firm

Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
