Accounts Manager in Staffordshire

As a manager, you'll oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and support junior staff.

  • What you'll need to succeedYou'll be adaptable, resilient, proactive and results-driven with strong organisational skills. You will also have -
  • ACCA/ACA qualifications (preferred but not essential)
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or management role in an accountancy firm
  • Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite
