Join our team of over 300 and become our: Manager - (%) What makes this position particularly interesting and challenging: You develop educational tools and formalize learning procedures. You plan the steps and lead learning sessions. You assess and validate the learning progress of your colleagues. You analyze and process requests for daily AI benefits, account extracts, and splitting. Finally, you provide information to insured persons by phone or by appointment regarding the AVS and what you contribute to HOTELA: You have a commercial diploma of type CFC or equivalent, complemented by adult education level 1 (or a project to undertake this) and possess experience. You have good knowledge of the AVS/AI field, particularly daily AI benefits, account extracts, and splitting, ideally complemented by a generalist background in insurance. You are proficient in French or at an equivalent level. Mastery of German is considered a plus - ideally at B2/C1 level since you will have cases to process in this language. You are a responsible, organized person, able to show flexibility and dynamism. You have a good command of digital tools for your field and you can convey your knowledge well.
