The lives of consultants, clients, and their customers are transformed through data and AI.The RoleWe're looking for a Manager for Digital Twin & Simulations to lead the development and strategic direction of Kubrick's emerging simulation-based and digital twin capabilities. You'll act as both a technical authority and thought leader, driving innovation, shaping internal IP, and positioning Kubrick as a trusted partner in this fast-evolving space.You'll work closely with the Applied Data Intelligence Lead to grow this specialism into a core capability-bridging cutting-edge research, enterprise strategy, and real-world impact.Key Responsibilities•Lead the design, development, and deployment of digital twin and simulation systems.•Define best practices for scalable, secure, and ethical simulation architectures.•Guide integration with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.•Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.•Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and client engagement.•Represent Kubrick at industry events and contribute thought leadership content.•Research and prototype next-generation simulation tools and frameworks.•Collaborate with ML Engineering and Platform teams on agent-based modelling and AI orchestration.•Mentor consultants and contribute to internal training programmes.•Build a culture of excellence, curiosity, and innovation within the Applied Technology practice.•Define standards for simulation and digital twin development in partnership with Data & AI Governance.•Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and security frameworks.We are looking for:•Proven experience designing and deploying digital twin or simulation systems.•Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with cloud deployment (Infrastructure as Code desirable).•Knowledge of distributed architectures, agent-based modelling, and simulation tools (e.g. AnyLogic, Simulink, Unity).•Awareness of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.•Experienced in leading technical teams within consulting or enterprise environments.•Skilled at translating complex ideas for senior stakeholders and clients.•Comfortable contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and client-facing discussions.•Understanding of ethical and security implications in simulation and AI systems.•Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Simulation Science (desirable).What Kubrick offers:A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable.
