To manage a busy team of staff - both local and remote - with varied experience levels, delivering exceptional company secretarial, governance and administration services to a portfolio of key clients, which include regulated, listed and corporate structures.

• Take ownership for the client and intermediary relationships within your designated portfolio of clients.
• Be responsible for the ongoing development of your team by providing coaching and technical expertise.
• Be an active member of the department's management team, assisting the director group in meeting targets, driving the change agenda, delivering to high standards of client service and meeting regulatory requirements.
• Provide operational support to the department where needed.
