Want to grow as a leader? Start as a Management Trainee As a Management Trainee at McDonald's, you'll learn how to lead and motivate a team, and ensure a top-notch experience for our guests. You'll be fully involved in the restaurant and learn how to oversee, schedule colleagues, and ensure everything runs smoothly - from kitchen to administrative. Through training, self-study, and guidance from experienced colleagues, you'll gradually develop towards the role of Shift Manager. You'll work in an enthusiastic team where you can be yourself and where there's room for your ideas and ambitions. You have at least a vocational (MBO) work and thinking level. Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus - but even without experience, we're happy to teach you the tricks of the trade. As a Management Trainee, you'll be a coaching leader.
