Management Trainee - Hospitality (m/f/d) - Dublin, Ireland

Job Overview We are looking for a Management Trainee with a background in hospitality, tourism, business administration or a comparable diploma to develop into a future Hotel Manager. The program lasts 12-18 months and rotates across three national and international hotels.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all operational departments - Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Service - learning the complete hotel operation.
• Participate in daily operations, identify improvement opportunities and shape the guest experience.
• Support and observe senior managers, coordinate and motivate teams, and take on leadership projects.
• Engage in continuous education through internal training sessions, workshops at Motel One Campus and on site mentorship.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of operational experience across various hotel departments (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking, quality awareness and high level of service orientation.
• Structured, independent, and team oriented working style.
• Flexibility regarding location and willingness to travel.
