- Oversee Priority Projects, ensuring seamless communication across Brands and Support functions.
- Plan and prepare management team meetings, create compelling presentations, and meticulously document meeting minutes.
- Actively participate in Extended Leadership Team meetings, contributing to these discussions.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including proactive diary management, travel arrangements, and expense handling.
- Prepare decision making documents and support the execution of strategic plans, aligning with the Group strategy and internal plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for Companies House filings, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Maintain and coordinate the Business Risk register to safeguard the organization's interests.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of KION ITS EMEA UK&I to drive the company's business agenda.
- Identify and champion business improvement initiatives, driving positive change within the organisation.
- Balance strategic and day to day operations with a keen eye for interrelationships, demonstrating foresight and adaptability.
- Take on any additional duties as required by the Senior Vice President KION ITS EMEA UK&I and other Management Team Members to ensure smooth running of the management team.
- Demonstrate gravitas, accountability, resilience, and agility.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, building relationships at all organisational levels across the EMEA region.
- Drive business improvement, having a results oriented approach.
- Bring professional experience in project management, planning, organisation, and documentation.
- Possess advanced IT skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Additional language skills are a plus but not essential.
