Adare Manor is now accepting applications for the Aspire Management in Training (MIT) Programme in Food & Beverage, a 12 month accelerated development pathway designed to cultivate future leaders within our luxury resort.

This programme provides high potential candidates with hands on operational experience, structured leadership development, and direct exposure to senior leaders across all Food & Beverage outlets.

Participants will gain broad exposure across our award winning F&B operations through structured rotations, supported by:

• Leadership and management training
• One to one mentoring
• Regular development reviews and coaching

• Rotational experience across key F&B areas.
• Aspire leadership and management development workshops
• Exposure to senior leadership and involvement in strategic decision making
• Continuous mentorship from HR and operational leaders
• Completion of a business focused strategic project
• Clear progression opportunities into future supervisory or management roles

• Minimum 2 years' hospitality experience, ideally within F&B (supervisory experience is an advantage)
• Strong interest in leadership and progression within Food & Beverage
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and committed to exceptional guest service
