Management Assessor / Trainer Trainee or Qualified

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Management Assessor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across WalesSalary: up to £31,000 + fantastic benefits packageType: Full Time, Permanent KM Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a leading training organisation, who are seeking a Management Assessor to deliver Apprenticeships to learners across Wales.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assessor, or, an individual with strong Leadership and Management experience, who possesses a passion for training and development. Full training and development is provided for trainee candidates.Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid occupational experience within Leadership and Management.
• Must have experience within Project Management, OR, hold a Project Management qualification, e.g. PRINCE2, APM or similar.
• Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.
• Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skill
• Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable)
• Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeships in Leadership and Management and Project Management.
• Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Literacy, Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
• Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
• Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
• Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
• Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
• Support, advise and motivate learners.
• Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
• Work to learner review and completion timescales.
