Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Leeds Hybrid (3 days from home)

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to join a fast-paced, growing organisation that plays a key role in supporting public services across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Monthly management accounts (revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments, etc.)
• Balance sheet reconciliations & variance analysis
• Financial reporting & ad-hoc analysis
• Supporting external audit processes
• Working cross-functionally with finance, operations & external stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• 1+ year post-qualified experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Confident communicator & collaborator
• Excel-savvy & systems literate
• Solutions-focused and detail-oriented
