Management Accountant

Camino Partners are proud to be exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding, award-winning recruitment business, operating at the forefront of the global technology sector. As part of this growth, our client is seeking a Management Accountant to support their continued growth across the UK and internationally.

This role is newly created, and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Finance Director and Co-Founders, playing a pivotal part in shaping the financial future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts.
• Supporting the budgeting process and long-term business planning.
• Producing weekly flash reports for the Co-Founders.
• Posting month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, etc.).
• Analyse variances, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Contributing to the monthly board-pack.
• Manage weekly reconciliations and support in year-end accounts prep.
• Oversee Credit Control and Payroll functions, helping where necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Management Accountant role within a recruitment environment.
• Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE.
• Strong Xero and Excel skills.
• Willingness to support across transactional finance where needed.
