Management Accountant - TV

Handle is recruiting for a Management Accountant to work for a well-known Production Company in the TV Industry. The successful candidate will report directly to the FD and will assist with all aspects of management and year-end accounts, as well as gaining exposure to areas of commercial accounting as the company grows.

Working closely with the FD, the position offers hands-on experience in a company driving forward in the sector, with exposure to production accounting.

The role will involve, but not be limited to, the following tasks:

1. Producing Management Accounts
2. Production Accounting
3. Processing relevant journals for month-end accounts preparation
4. Month-end reporting
5. Submission and support for quarterly VAT returns
6. Supporting the Finance Director and Operations Director with ad hoc tasks and the production of financial information
7. Preparing schedules and assisting with the annual audit

We are looking for a high-calibre graduate (Accounting-related subject) with a 2:1 level or equivalent. The successful candidate will be studying or be a qualified accountant - ACCA/CIMA.
